Are You Planning a Special Day for Your Wife's Birthday?

Is your wife the kind of person who just wishes that her birthday wouldn't even be mentioned? Yet, you know her well enough to realize that she will be tickled pink that you planned a special day for her. It might be that your wife loves having a special day that focuses on her, and she lets everybody know that. 

Do you already have the gifts and a special event planned for your wife's birthday? If so, you are probably happy to have everything all set for the big day. Or, maybe you are still undecided about what you want to do for your wife's birthday. If that's the case, here are some ideas that might help you, from giving your wife a gift basket that includes tropical-scented bath bombs to planning a romantic dinner right at your home.

​Tropical-Scented Bath Bombs

Is your wife like many other women, who simply love scented items? if so, think of buying a beautiful basket that you can fill with scented gifts. For example, select a basket that your wife can later use to hold things like flowers or decorative balls. That will mean that after her birthday, the basket can be used as a table centerpiece or even placed on your bed to add interest to your room decor.

Think of filling the basket with scented gifts. For example, your wife would more than likely love tropical-scented bath bombs. Scents like lemon, mango, orange, and pineapple will bring a tropical setting to mind. Bath bombs are so affordable that you can buy several different tropical scents. Once they are placed in a bathtub full of water, they will add to the relaxation of the bath. The tropical scent will linger not only in the bathroom but also on your wife's skin.

Consider adding other tropical-scented gifts to the basket. For example, candles, hand and body lotions, and tropical-scented body spray would all be great gifts. And, if you want to add one big important present to the basket, think of buying your wife a piece of jewelry.

Plan a Romantic Evening at Home

If you have children still living at home, think of letting them participate in birthday activities during the day. After they've gone to bed, or if they spend the night with friends or family members, end your wife's birthday right in your home. Plan a romantic table setting that includes lit candles, and cook her favorite meal. If you're not comfortable cooking the meal yourself, have dinner delivered. 

When dinner is over, surprise her with a romantic setting in your bathroom. Set candles everywhere you can. Then run hot water in the bathtub and let her select one of her tropical-scented bath bombs to add pizzazz to the bath.
